My journey is a powerful fusion of deep academic knowledge and battle-tested business reality.
My formal education is strong: I hold a PhD in Management and completed the prestigious General Management Program (GMP) at Harvard Business School. This elite program gave me the global, strategic mindset that shapes my work every single day. I also built my initial financial foundation with a Master’s degree in Financial Management.
But the real value? It’s my hands-on experience on the front lines!
I served as the CEO of the Maflow Group, overseeing plants across multiple countries. My job wasn’t just to run the company—it was to transform it. I led strategic initiatives that delivered a massive boost to operational efficiency and financial performance. I also gained invaluable corporate governance experience as Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Hutmen S.A. and served as President of the Management Board of Boryszew S.A. Elana Branch.
Today, I am the founder and Global CEO of DBR77.com, where I personally lead businesses through innovative digital transformation and process automation. I share this knowledge as a lecturer on digital transformation in MBA programs and as a regular contributor to reputable business magazines.
