This is a mobile front end to the Mastec Maintenance ticketing system designed for contractors who use the Mastec OSS Issue Tracking (OIT) system. This makes all the ticket data available at your fingertips without needing to call into the OIT bridge. You can submit Vendor Updates directly from the app, and even upload attachments directly from your iPhone. All of this information is available for any open ACAS ticket: - Ticket Data - Request ID - Current ticket status - CTS Ticket Number - Category of Request - Work Request Description - Vendor Updates - Site Data - Site Directions - Includes special access information - Attachments Log in using the demo account to look around: Login Name: DemoUser Password: demo
