What to Expect
MassChallenge programs are for busy founders, offering flexible experiences designed to maximize growth and fit your schedule.
Intensive Program
Intensive accelerator programs begin in April 2025 for Healthcare (12 weeks) and Climate (10 weeks) Programs. Security & Resiliency program will run September 2025, and Finance will run in 2026.
1:1 Industry-Matched Mentors
1:1 industry-matched mentors guide startups in areas like user research, marketing, go-to-market (GTM) strategy, finance, and leadership.
Required Mentor Engagement
Founders are required to engage with at least five mentors who will monitor progress throughout the program.
High-Impact In-Person Connections
A 3–4-day kickoff in Boston and 3–4-day mid-program roadshow in Dallas, designed to connect you with potential partners, clients, investors, and mentors who can help accelerate your growth and maximize your program experience.
Founder Development
Founders can participate in a racial equity leadership program, executive coaching, and join an optional leadership retreat with other entrepreneurs and innovators.
