The C4 Warehouse and Office Buildout is a $500K ground-up operations and maintenance facility designed to support daily municipal and operational needs. Martin Mechanical delivered the full sheet metal and HVAC scope, coordinating closely with the general contractor and trade partners during pre-construction to ensure an efficient and well-executed build.

The project includes ground-mounted rooftop units serving spiral ductwork throughout the warehouse, along with fully fabricated and installed duct systems for the office areas supporting 37 VAV terminal boxes. Additional unit heaters were installed to provide reliable heating in the warehouse space. From shop drawings and layout design through installation and startup, Martin Mechanical maintained a hands-on approach to coordination, fabrication, and system performance, delivering a clean, functional mechanical system tailored to the building’s day-to-day operations.
