The construction of Lighthouse in Aarhus took place in three stages, the first two of which were completed in 2012 and 2014, respectively, and the final construction was completed in 2022.
The last stage was originally shelved, but construction of a 130-meter high tower has resumed, and it is scheduled for completion in 2022.
Lighthouse has underground parking, while the apartments in the first two buildings are between 52 and 205 square meters, divided into two-, three-, four- and six-room apartments.
The new tower is expected to have a total area of 35,000 square meters and will contain up to 350 apartments as well as a number of public, maritime functions.
