Sustainability

Built to Last.

Mark IV Capital consistently builds to LEED certification. Our corporate headquarters is one example of our vision and commitment to developing high-performance and energy-efficient designs. The building is LEED Platinum certified and is one of very few privately owned buildings in Orange County that has achieved all six LEED categories, including sustainable site development, energy and atmosphere, water efficiency, materials and resources, indoor environmental quality, and innovative design.

Our 4,300-acre master planned development in Fernley, Nevada, Victory Logistics District, among several other assets in our portfolio, also incorporates this strategy. Buildings in Victory’s first phase have been LEED certified with the goal of all future buildings being LEED certified across hundreds of millions of square feet on a 20-year development horizon.
