Quick Bio: Mario Peshev
I lead DevriX, an execution unit operating alongside leadership teams to implement and stabilize operating systems across revenue, operations, and data. I also founded Growth Shuttle, a market intelligence and advisory firm focused on execution, systems, and operating leverage in the mid-market.
In parallel, I engage selectively and fractionally as a Technical Value Creation Advisor, supporting sponsors and portfolio leadership teams with post-acquisition execution, systemization, and operating resilience.
This work is focused on durability under scale: reducing operational risk, improving throughput, and ensuring value creation initiatives hold beyond the first phase of integration.
I have previously trained courses and workshops for organizations like VMware, SAP, Software AG, CERN, Saudi Aramco, with 10,000+ hours of professional consulting over the past 20 years. Today, DevriX scales through its RevOps efforts, data clarity, GTM enablement, strategic consulting, operational efficiency, AI augmentation, compliance, and more.
