I lead DevriX, an execution unit operating alongside leadership teams to implement and stabilize operating systems across revenue, operations, and data. I also founded Growth Shuttle, a market intelligence and advisory firm focused on execution, systems, and operating leverage in the mid-market.

In parallel, I engage selectively and fractionally as a Technical Value Creation Advisor, supporting sponsors and portfolio leadership teams with post-acquisition execution, systemization, and operating resilience.
