Freeware Windows password generator to simplify picking secure passwords.
MaRaPass generates passwords between 6 and 20 characters long using upper case and lower case letters, numbers and punctuation symbols. Passwords can be copied to the clipboard.
This portable application needs no setup - just unzip and run the program. It can be copied to a memory stick to take around and use anywhere.
Note: MaRaPass isn't a password manager. It doesn't store or save the passwords it generates - it simply builds a random password from the options selected by the user, and then allows them to copy it to the Windows clipboard.
The objective is to encourage users to choose stronger, more secure passwords rather than to be a complete password management solution.
