About Us

The Manifest Network exists to liberate builders from centralized control.

Our mission is to deliver secure, sovereign, and scalable decentralized infrastructure that gives users full ownership of their data, compute, and AI.

We believe access to compute is not a privilege — it’s a right.

Everyone Deserves Access to AI Infrastructure

When a handful of companies control the majority of cloud infrastructure, access to compute becomes gated—priced, licensed, and limited.

Builders are forced to rent intelligence from the very monopolies they're trying to disrupt.

Big Tech owns over 65% of the cloud—locking innovation behind paywalls, permissions, and proprietary systems. The Manifest Network breaks that monopoly.

Manifest flips that script. With over 100 sovereign nodes, Manifest makes decentralized, GPU-ready compute available to anyone—without gatekeepers, subscriptions, or lock-in. It’s a protocol, not a product.

We don’t just believe in open access—we’ve built it.

Building the Foundation for a Decentralized Future

Eric Bravick, founder of ManifestAI, launched The Sovereign Cloud to liberate the digital future from Big Tech control.

His expertise lies in solving significant problems at the intersection of artificial intelligence (AI) and Web3, combining technical ingenuity with visionary leadership. Bravick helped bring Linux to enterprise to decentralize infrastructure- but the very success of that movement was hijacked. Big Tech now runs Linux at scale, but on their terms—not yours. Manifest is here to take it back.

Eric Bravick is a neuropharmacologist, an engineer of thinking machines, and a self-described "mad scientist" with a remarkable career that spans over three decades. A pioneering technologist, Eric has held diverse leadership roles as CEO, CTO, Vice President of Engineering, Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR), and Managing Partner across multiple organizations and industries.

FAQs

Proof of Authority (PoA) is a consensus mechanism in blockchain networks where a limited number of validators, who are pre-approved and trusted, validate transactions and create new blocks. This approach relies on the reputation of the validators rather than computational power or stake, providing faster transactions and increased scalability.

Lower Transaction Costs

The reduced computational requirements lead to lower transaction fees.

Enhanced Security

With trusted validators, the network can achieve a higher level of security and integrity, reducing the risk of attacks.

Predictable Block Creation

The fixed set of validators leads to predictable block creation times, improving network stability.

Scalability

PoA allows for faster transaction processing and higher throughput compared to Proof of Work (PoW) or Proof of Stake (PoS) mechanisms.

Energy Efficiency

PoA requires significantly less computational power and energy compared to PoW, reducing environmental impact.

The Manifest Network is secured through a combination of trusted validators, whose identities and reputations ensure accountability, and the use of the MFX token. Together, these factors incentivize honest behavior and deter malicious activities by providing rewards for validators and imposing transaction fees.

The PoA administrators have control over the selection and approval of validators, the authority to add or remove validators from the network, and the overall maintenance and governance of the blockchain protocol to ensure its integrity and functionality.

Staking is not used in a PoA network because PoA relies on the identity and reputation of a few trusted validators rather than financial stakes, ensuring that the authority to validate transactions and create new blocks is vested in pre-approved, reliable entities instead of those who can stake the most assets.

Yes. Manifest provides a streamlined, one-click provisioning experience. You can deploy compute, storage, and AI infrastructure directly from the Manifest interface—no complex setup required.

A Decentralized Physical Infrastructure Network (DePIN) leverages blockchain technology to manage and coordinate physical infrastructure resources in a decentralized manner, enabling peer-to-peer transactions and services without central authority.

At Manifest, Sovereign AI means giving individuals, organizations, and developers full control over their AI infrastructure—without relying on centralized providers. It ensures your models, data, and compute resources are deployed on infrastructure you choose, governed by transparent rules, and secured through decentralized technologies. Unlike nation-state “sovereign AI” initiatives, Manifest’s approach is global, user-first, and built for anyone seeking privacy, ownership, and autonomy in the AI era.

Infrastructure providers are responsible for maintaining and securing the physical infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance, and contributing to the network’s overall reliability and efficiency.

Manifest is powered by hundreds of independently operated nodes, all secured by a Proof-of-Authority blockchain. No big tech intermediaries, no hidden controls — just a peer-to-peer infrastructure built to deliver trusted compute, storage, and AI tooling, globally.
