Terminal & Tank Farms
Pipeline Assets
Complete controls and measurement upgrade for an origination facility for major 36” and 40” pipelines with over 35000 HP driving product. Project integrated over 70 automated valves (motor and hydraulically operated), 8 meters, 2 provers, associated measurement devices, and a remote valve/pumping site. Mangan executed process consultation, electrical and panel design, PLC development, HMI development, application development (scheduling, ticketing, historian), integration with customer and corporate systems, system integration, and facility commissioning.
Complete controls and measurement upgrade for an end of line delivery facility with 22 shipper connections. Project integrated over 65 automated valves (motor and hydraulically operated), 2 meters, 1 prover, associated measurement devices, and connections to all shippers for metering information and shipper alarming. Mangan executed process consultation, electrical and panel design, PLC development, HMI development, integration with customer and corporate systems, system integration, and facility commissioning.
