MalAware

MalAware is a small tool that lets you quickly eliminate any harmful software for your computer, whether it be malware or any other type.

The application doesn't require installation, which means you only need three clicks to begin analyzing your computer: two to launch the program, and one more to start the analysis.

Once the analysis is finished, the only thing left to do is to confirm the elimination of the damaging files (if any have been detected) and then your computer will be completely free of malware. That's three clicks and less than five minutes.
