A family history, the Pascal Caffet signature originates in the historic heart of Troyes when Lydie and Bernard Caffet, Pascal's parents, opened a "chocolate boutique" in 1979 to showcase their creations of pralines and ganaches. Pascal Caffet took over the chocolate shop in 1983 and expressed his talent there, serving his passion.
Continuously engaged in research and development, Maison Caffet nurtures its creativity around simple, elegant, beautiful, and above all, perfectly balanced and delicious products made with carefully selected raw materials. Its high-end chocolates and candies come in annual collections, while its macarons, biscuits, desserts, and pastries unveil their exquisite flavors.
