Matthew McLean

Founder & Director

Steering the ship for Mainstay Digital is director Matthew McLean (Matt).With over 16 years in the industry, his experience cross many industry sectors and facets of the digital landscape, from micro campaigns to enterprise application development.

He’s had the privilege of delivering projects and delivering digital lives for client of all sizes across corporate, not-for-profit and Government sectors.

Josh Cusens

Head of Delivery / Technical Lead

Leading Mainstay Digital’s technical direction is our Head of Delivery and Technical Lead, Josh Cusens. With a career spanning hundreds of successful projects, from small-scale builds to enterprise platforms, he combines deep technical expertise with a constant drive to explore emerging technologies.

An advanced open-source developer across PHP, JavaScript, and Python, he brings a strong focus on systems automation, governance, risk and compliance, and data privacy regulation. His growing specialisation in cybersecurity, coupled with his ability to adapt to new methodologies, ensures the team stays on top of delivery and at the forefront of the digital landscape.
