Relationship Manager | Real Estate Development

We are looking for an Administrative Assistant cum Receptionist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and business partners, ensuring a seamless experience while supporting the internal teams across administration, HR, sales, and operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for visitors, clients, and business partners, creating a welcoming and professional environment.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and all office correspondence efficiently and professionally.
- Manage agency registrations, maintain documentation, and ensure compliance and other regulatory requirements.
- Maintain organized filing systems, records, and databases to support smooth office operations.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, prepare minutes, and provide administrative support to executive management and sales teams.
- Update leads, follow-ups, marketing materials, and CRM entries in a timely manner.
- Oversee office supplies and general administrative functions.
- Prepare letters and other documents for management as required.
- Support HR with onboarding, attendance tracking, and other routine administrative tasks.
- Assist Accounts and Finance teams with documentation and reporting as needed.
- Support marketing initiatives, including assisting with events, and coordinating promotional activities.
- Assist in planning and coordinating company events, meetings, and client visits.
Requirements:
- 1 to 3+ years of administration, reception, or office management, preferably with a Real estate developer in Dubai.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
Project Manager

Are you a dynamic and experienced professional seeking a rewarding opportunity in the vibrant real estate landscape of Dubai? Main Realty is expanding its team and seeks a talented Project Manager to oversee our prestigious projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support with the establishment of the overall success criteria for the project, including time, cost, technical and performance parameters.
- Maintain effective project governance, processes, and systems to be utilized throughout project
- Project planning, including producing the detailed project plan, project execution plan, etc.
- Lead and facilitate the overall cross-functional project team
- RFP for consultants’ appointment. Preparation tender documents, tender process, evaluation.
- Conduct PreBid meetings for Contractor’s clarifications (if any) followed by collection of Tenders & conducting Tender Opening meetings.
- Representing the client in front of all concerned authorities in all the procedures and approvals required.
- Follow up, review, and certify the payments of the consultant and contractor before sending them to the Finance department for payment.
- Manage the change control process, Design management, Risk management
- Monitor and advise upon project finances, coordinate cost reports with cost consultants.
- Manage the flow of project information between the client, stakeholders, consultants, contractors, suppliers through regular meetings and written communications
- Carry out site inspection, progress report, preparation PMI, etc.
- Prepare formal project progress and other reports
- Take a leading role in interfacing with the client, stakeholders, consultants, contractors, suppliers at all project stages
- Ensure prompt client invoicing and utilizing of internal accounting systems in order to monitor a project’s financial status
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
- Proven track record of 5+ years in project management within the property development or construction industry, with a focus on off plan residential or commercial projects.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques, with relevant certifications (PMP, Prince2) preferred.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and MS Office suite.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of local regulations, building codes, and permit processes in Dubai is advantageous.
- Fluency in English; Arabic and Hindi/Urdu language skills are a plus.

- Oversee the preparation and approval of essential documents, such as purchase agreements and lease contracts.
- Coordinate property deal closures, ensuring all necessary documents are signed and payments processed.
- Generate periodic reports on sales operations and returns, utilizing CRM systems for accurate data analysis.
- Monitor the property market to identify potential clients and secure brokerage deals.
- Stay informed on competitive activities, regulatory changes, and demographic trends.
Qualification:
- 2 and more years of real estate industry experience.
- Extensive experience in real estate sales with a proven track record.
- Strong comprehension of legal documents.
- Familiarity with sales forecasting tools.
- Demonstrated capacity to make prudent decisions independently, leveraging experience and knowledge.
- Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, organizational, and planning abilities.
- Ability to influence others’ actions and decisions confidently.
Receptionist / Executive Assistant
