The 6th Learning and Development Conference, organized by the Maldives Association of HR Professionals (MAHRP), is the nation’s signature platform for L&D leaders, HR professionals, and people development experts across the Maldives and the wider region.

6th National HR Convention and EXPO 2026
National HR Convention and EXPO – 6th Edition Announced!
The National HR Convention and EXPO is the largest gathering of HR professionals in the Maldives. Since its launch in 2019, MAHRP has successfully hosted five conventions, welcoming nearly 2,000 participants. From C-suite executives to people leaders across all levels, this annual event is a must-attend for HR professionals.
