No. All lessons must be booked through MADE Baseball to protect schedules, ensure consistency, and keep everything centralized. Coaches can communicate with clients after a lesson is booked, but new bookings and reschedules still go through the front office or the website.

Yes. Create an account before booking so you can manage scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations online.
We generally require you to book a two-player lesson up front. If you need to add a player to your lesson, please contact the front office.
Yes, when possible. Small groups are typically for younger players, but adult or older-player groups can be arranged by contacting the front office.
Yes. We encourage players to train with multiple coaches to gain different perspectives within the same MADE standards.

For the first lesson, yes. After that, it is up to the coach direction and the player comfort. Some sessions work best with a parent nearby; others are best with parents out of sight.
Yes. Changes must be made at least 24 hours in advance to retain credit. Missed or late-canceled sessions are non-refundable.
We do not currently offer an automated waitlist. Contact us and we will try to help find an opening.
Training is available daily, including evenings and weekends, depending on each coach availability.
Arrive a few minutes early and come ready to train. Bring a glove, bat, helmet (for live hitting), water, and the right footwear for the surface. Let your coach know your goals so they can tailor the session.
Hustle Ball is the MADE Baseball signature game format - fast-paced, coach-led live play that builds awareness, effort, and baseball IQ. Players rotate positions, run hard, and get coached in real time.

We train players as young as 4 through high school, college, and adults. Some programs have age-specific requirements listed on the program page.
We host seasonal youth camps and special events throughout the year. Visit /camps/ for current listings.
Camp registration happens online through the camp listing page. If you need help, contact the front office.
We do not currently host official tournaments, but we do offer events like seasonal camps, pop-up clinics, and Hustle Ball game days.

Yes. MADE coaches are covered for liability claims up to $1M during booked lessons.
Profiles are updated by the coaching coordinator. Send requested changes or photos to your coordinator.
We use Acuity Scheduling. Coaches should update general and day-by-day availability weekly to keep scheduling accurate.
We use Stripe Connect for automatic weekly payouts. Log in to Stripe with your email and verification code to view your payout history.
Yes. Coaches are expected to own their training gear and tools. Having a solid gear kit helps you deliver consistent, high-quality sessions.
Plan for 15-30 minutes on a computer in a quiet space. Make sure your audio/video works, be ready to show your gear, and reschedule at least 24 hours in advance if needed.
Safety first. Check the forecast, assess field conditions, communicate early with clients, and keep your coaching manager informed if a cancellation is needed.
Arrive early, set up your gear, claim your space, and communicate your exact location to clients. Preparedness builds trust and helps sessions run smoothly.

MADE Baseball is a year-round baseball training program that develops players of all ages and skill levels with a focus on motivation, appreciation, dedication, and effort.
