Coaching Style
Fun is the name of the game. Whether you're a 6 or 36 year old player, having fun is the key for optimal success. Fundamentals and form are incredibly important, but what really counts is that a player believes in himself or herself in the big moments. I teach to assume positive outcomes. I teach an intense, competitive spirt, while maintaining honor for the opponent. I teach my players to show up for their teammates, to want the ball or the at-bat in the big moment, and that every loss is an opportunity to learn. I love baseball, and I love being a coach.
Coaching Experience
I have been coaching private and small group baseball lessons in Brentwood as well as coaching a 10u club team for over 3 years.
Assistant coach under the tutelage of my dad when he was coaching Garfield High School in Los Angeles.
I am a passionate student and learner of the game who continues to expand my knowledge and coaching techniques on a daily basis to always be growing as a coach.
Playing Experience
Varsity baseball Loyola HS 2009
I was taught baseball by my father, Frank Bryan, who was drafted by the Texas Rangers in the 7th round of out Clovis High School
