Madagascar-Where-Exploration-Meets-Preservation

Where Exploration Meets Preservation

Born from a passion for discovering Madagascar’s most remote and extraordinary landscapes, the Collection continues to open up new regions while treading lightly in fragile environments rich in traditional cultures. Seasons of Madagascar

Madagascar has two main seasons that strongly influence travel:

A hot, humid rainy season from November to April, when the island is lush and green. Between January to March, expect heavy rainfall and occasional cyclones which can cause accessibility issues, including flooded or muddy roads and limited access to remote regions. Many lodges and National Parks are closed during this period.

And a cooler, drier season from May to October, which offers more reliable road conditions, easier travel between regions, and is generally considered the best time to visit for wildlife viewing, outdoor activities, and overall comfort.
