Our goal is for you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as possible so we can make it right.

If you decide you no longer want an item, you may return it within 14 days of receipt, provided it is in “good as new,” resellable condition.

Please note:

    • Shipping costs (both the original shipment and the return shipment) are non-refundable.
    • “Good as new” means the item is unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging.

Refund Policy

    3. Refund Amount: Only the product purchase amount is refunded. Shipping costs are not refundable.
    4. Missing Refunds: If you have not received your refund after 7 business days, please contact us for assistance.

Exchange Policy

    1. Exchange Period: You have 30 days from the date of receipt to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, subject to availability.
    2. Conditions:
        • Items must be in “good as new,” resellable condition.
        • Items not meeting these conditions will not be eligible for exchange.
    3. How to Request an Exchange:

    4. Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for both return and re-shipping costs.

Cancellation Policy

    1. Cancellation Before Shipping: You may cancel your order before it has been shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible.
