I think it's not really about him getting more comfortable with mc, she said that he's not actually awkward himself, he's awkward around women specifically, so a different personality at a place he knows and with dudes he knows. It's also something you're probably supposed to pick up on too, mc doesn't acknowledge it directly but there are some scenes where his coworkers say "ive never seen him like that"(shy) or when mc's internal monologue is like "woah why is THIS guy considered The Funny One at his workplace..."

People who replied aren't wrong but it's not all of it. Drinking with Lane = not automatically drunk route, it could end up on just his own route. If you drink with him but he gets punched mid-argument, that's Lane's route. During the argument you need to side with BB more so he calms down and he doesn't punch Lane. If you do it right the shift will end with both of them carrying you home and that's the actual drunk route

In premise of shift 3 reminding everyone that laly once said on tumblr that she recommends saving up the drunk route for the last. Not mandatory and no elaboration though

You need to say nothing in the conversation with the customer, don't watch the TV, then go on the Lane's route and you'll get the bad ending

She answered this on tumblr and basically MC as the character is going to see his face somewhere during the story but we as a player never will. We'll only get the description, so no drawing

Don't ask the customer about the disappearances, pick Lane's route, don't watch TV and in shift 2 keep going along with Lane's route

You need to get on the neutral route(go on a date with Lane but don't flirt), and then during their argument choose "stop them both"

Just accidentally discovered it myself and thought someone would need to hear it: guys there are like more dialogues with Lane that appear after you keep talking to him even after his 'you just keep clicking hoping i'll do something useful?' But also not just one more dialogue. Do it multiple times
