The 4-Channel and 8-Channel HD Vehicle Recorders are connected via a mobile sim card to the cloud, while recording full trips on the internal hard drive and removable SD card.
The 4-Channel DVR is a mini DVR that weighs less than half a pound, and measures 1.1″ H x 4.7″ W x 3.5″ D and is design to record telematics data. The DVR provides powerful insights into driving dynamics like harsh braking, cornering and harsh acceleration. With the support of up to 4 cameras and an optional in vehicle monitor, interior audio microphone, the 4-Channel DVR captures video in and around vehicles. Cameras record the 10 seconds before and after an event and the event itself, and the DVR automatically uploads event data to Fleet Motion.
