This is a simple plugin, does a very interesting task. Activate this plugin, it will create a viral effect on your site.

Fomo is the short version of “Fear of Missing Out”, It teases your user, showing others are active on your site. You could use this plugin for various purpose and could deliver an important message in an amazing way as well.

Just activate the plugin, head over to the WPFomo setting menu, add your messages, and enjoy the “Fomo” effects.

Uzstādīšana

Modern Way:

Go to the WordPress Dashboard “Add New Plugin” section.
Search For “WPFomo”.
Install, then Activate it.

Old Way:

Upload wpfomo to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory
Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress

I’m using WP FOMO on a couple of websites now, and I really cannot see how they insist that Notification X is a better plugin. On WP FOMO you just input your field items, publish, and away it goes! On Notification X you need to jump through a few hoops, there are no options to add your own field items, and on publishing – it MIGHT show your item, but it probably won’t. If someone could explain why Notification X is better, please send a postcard.

This is a cool and amazing plugin. However, I notice it usage cannot be limited to a page or post. Is there a way to make it appear on a selected post or page on a wordpress blog or site?
