LuminLogic® offers a comprehensive suite of features that enhance regulatory compliance, streamline document management, and improve operational efficiency in regulated industries.   • The Document Library module functions as a document repository where a user can access and view all and only those documents that are available to the user based on the role privileges assigned to the user and the individual access right associated with each document.

  • LuminLogic’s knowledge base is a comprehensive and dynamic resource designed to support quality management and regulatory compliance across various domains. Central to this knowledge base are its meticulously crafted Procedures, Templates, e-Templates, Compliance Checklists and Tools, Project Templates (Processes) and Guidances. Together, these components create an integrated system that not only supports compliance and operational excellence but also fosters continuous improvement and efficiency across all organizational functions

  • E-signatures (electronic signatures) are a digital equivalent of a handwritten signature used to sign documents electronically within the platform. E-signatures in LuminLogic are designed to ensure the authenticity, integrity, and non-repudiation of documents, which are critical for maintaining compliance in regulated industries like medical devices and life sciences. LuminLogic’s e-signatures are compliant with regulations such as FDA’s 21 CFR Part 11 and the EU’s eIDAS, which govern the use of electronic records and signatures in regulated environments.

  • Training management refers to the system’s capabilities for organizing, tracking, and managing employee training activities. This feature is essential for ensuring that personnel are adequately trained to perform their roles in compliance with regulatory standards, such as FDA regulations and ISO requirements. Overall, training management in LuminLogic is designed to support regulatory compliance, enhance employee competence, and improve organizational efficiency by providing a structured and automated approach to training.

  • This module enables the management of complaints by logging and investigating customer feedback and/or complaints. The Complaints module facilitates tracking and reporting of product issues or customer dissatisfaction to pertinent team members.

  • The CAPA module facilitates the management of Corrective and Preventive Actions. The CAPA module enables authorized individuals to log, investigate, and assess deviations and nonconformances and identify appropriate corrective actions and preventive actions.

  • This module enables the management of changes on documents that are maintained within LuminLogic or externally and facilitates configuration management.

  • LuminLogic enables robust metrics and monitoring by providing real-time insights into compliance processes, document workflows, and overall project progress. Its integrated dashboards and reporting tools allow users to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to regulatory submissions, quality management, and product lifecycle activities.

  • The Traceability module is a dynamic method of creating matrices that can include text, attachments or links to Documents, CAPAs, Complaints, Change Requests in LuminLogic enabling traceability among information.

  • The Collections module allows the creation of document relationships (aka collections) for managing Quality Management Systems, Design History Files, Device Master Records and other quality and product documents. This module allows traceability of documents to other documents enabling the capture of a product’s unique configuration.

  • Users can view dashboards of critical information that enable decision making and enhance visibility and transparency. Dashboards provide a visual representation of real time data throughout the LuminLogic system, including the ability to both filter by date ranges and export. Access the Dashboards by selecting the Dashboards button from the Navigation bar.

  • LuminLogic enables effective project and issue management by providing a centralized platform that streamlines task tracking, collaboration, and communication across teams. It offers tools for setting project milestones, assigning responsibilities, and monitoring progress in real-time. The platform’s issue management features allow users to log, prioritize, and resolve problems efficiently, with automated notifications and updates ensuring nothing is overlooked.
