• Open to all middle and high school students (ages 11 to 18) currently enrolled in school anywhere
• Teams may have 1 to 5 members. Solo submissions are welcome.
• Each team may submit only one idea.
• You are allowed full use of AI 
• Submissions must not contain offensive, harmful, or plagiarized content.
• Only students who submitted in Round 1 are eligible to compete in Round 2.
• LUMA reserves the right to disqualify any submission that violates these rules or the spirit of the competition.
• By submitting, you grant LUMA permission to share your idea publicly for promotional purposes.
• Judges' decisions are final.
