The key to winning is adapting – quickly – without losing what makes you “you”.
I started in marketing and learned early that the right message, in front of the right person, at the right time, changes everything. That led me to co-found Thought Leaders Institute with my partner Jim. Together we’ve helped over 20,000 experts build businesses that give them freedom, fulfillment, and a healthy paycheck.
These days I’m obsessed with the intersection of business and AI. The landscape is shifting fast, and traditional growth strategies are falling short. I’m building the new ones – and sharing the results with my students and clients.
When I’m not working, I’m probably on a mountain, halfway through a video game, or tinkering with a new AI agent.
