Our fogging and pad systems utilize the principle of direct evaporative cooling to effectively cool and humidify the ambient air, significantly contributing to the creation of optimal growing conditions:

- Increased yield thanks to optimized humidity and, consequently, higher plant production: it all depends on the perfect interaction between relative humidity and temperature. When both values are perfectly balanced (vapor pressure deficit—VPD), the plant can fully realize its genetic potential. VPD values that are too high or too low cause stress to the plant.
Evaporative Panel for Greenhouses
The LUBING evaporative pad system is used in all situations where a high-efficiency system is needed. This is a natural cooling system.
Water is circulated within the system by a pump and distributed to the top of the pads by the distribution pipe and the deflector.
The water then drains through the corrugated surface of the evaporative pad causing some of it to evaporate due to the hot, dry air passing through the pad.
Fogging for Greenhouses
It uses the principle of direct evaporative cooling to effectively cool and humidify the ambient air, thus making a significant contribution to optimal growing conditions.
Optimal cooling performance and homogeneous humidity distribution due to 70-bar water pressure and special high-pressure nozzles: to achieve rapid evaporation of water spray and thus good cooling performance without wetting, water droplets must be smaller than 20 microns. GreenTec high-pressure nozzles produce droplets as small as 5 microns.
Greenhouse Fogging Pump Station
The LUBING GreenTec multi-pump station for greenhouse fogging is designed in a modular way so that it can be optimally adapted to customer needs.
With the intuitive touch screen control unit you will have everything at your fingertips.
The basic components are installed in each pump module (motor, pump, pressure control valve, pressure switch, pressure gauge, clamping box, etc.).
Automated Gutter System
The LUBING GreenTec AGS is an NFT gutter system specially developed for hydroponics, which enables the production of lettuce and leafy greens with optimal plant density.
Our focus is on the automation of small to medium-sized greenhouses.
The planting and harvesting area is located at the front of the system to increase the efficiency of production with minimal labor.
