EndNote

Endnote is a citation management software. You can use the online/web version or you can download the software to any machine. This is helpful if you want to use it on both your computer at work and your computer at home, for example. You can use EndNote on a Windows computer or a Mac computer.

EndNote is free for everyone to use through a license purchased by the Health Science Library. Go to the Institutional Version Tab to request the software or use the web/online version. Do not share the installation package or authorization codes with other people. Doing so jeopardizes EndNote access for the entire campus. Our license requires us to verify EndNote users are current faculty, staff, or students. 

Use the tabs at the top of this guide to navigate step-by-step instructions on registering for the online version (this is not the full version of EndNote 20/21) and using the Cite While You Write plugin for Microsoft Word.
