One of the most powerful elements of the justice reform movement is our ability to listen to different stories and grow together as a community. We empower people to overcome these challenges through deep, interactive sessions that build strong leadership skills. Our sessions help partners grow their skills in key areas like legal rights, community organizing, and voting advocacy.

Our training sessions help partners and organizations understand the difficult parts of the justice system. We provide deep opportunities to grow through three main programs:
The Policy Institute
This is a deep dive into the laws that affect people returning home from prison. We teach you how to advocate for better rules and support systems. You will learn the best ways to talk to lawmakers and help create a smoother path for everyone coming home.
Civic Power Workshops
We believe that every person deserves a voice in our democracy. These workshops train people who have been through the justice system to lead voter turnout efforts. Through our JIIVE program, we help participants become leaders who encourage others to vote and take part in their local community.
Narrative & Equity Strategy
Stories have the power to change the world. We help organizations build honest and powerful stories that show why social change is necessary. By using our “Architect” approach, we show you how to design messages that build trust and push for fairness in every part of society.
