LET'S TALK ABOUT IT
Obedience is the condition of salvation.
Not the merit — Christ alone is the merit.
“For by grace are ye saved through faith… not of works.” (Eph 2:8–9)
But the same grace that saves also transforms:
“Faith, if it hath not works, is dead.” (James 2:17)
“He became the author of eternal salvation unto all them that obey him.” (Heb 5:9)
“Here are they that keep the commandments of God, and the faith of Jesus.” (Rev 14:12)
Obedience doesn’t purchase salvation.
It proves we’ve accepted it.
Grace forgives rebellion.
Grace does not preserve it.
You cannot walk into the light while clinging to rebellion.
Christ is the door.
But no one enters carrying defiance.
Salvation is a gift.
Transformation is the evidence you’ve received it.
