This is my favorite Bible verse or should I say verses, but not for the reason that you might think. Everybody wants all things to work for their good, but this verse says that all things work for their good according to God's purpose. The second verse always seems to get left out when this is preached which tells us that God's purpose is to make us like Christ! Everything that we go through, God uses it to make us more like Jesus!
