The reason birds and fish seem to be related, is because God commanded that they come from the oceans. This is why we have fish that can fly and swim, birds that can't fly but can swim and fish that can breathe both air and water. It has nothing to do with proving evolution, but has everything to do with how God created them. You may have to read the two verses listed in the meme more than once to get it. But once you do it will show that science stole God's glory and rewrote what happened to fit evolution.
