How to Never Lose Your Confidence in God!

It isn’t our hearts or performance that gives us confidence in God. It is knowing God’s heart for us and what He did through the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus that gives us our confidence in God.

“For if our heart condemn us, God is greater than our heart, and knoweth all things. Beloved, if our heart condemn us not, then have we confidence toward God” (1 John 3:20-21).

The only thing that will remove condemnation in your heart is knowing the truth about God’s character that He is love and your reality of being in Christ as a believer.

“There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus” (Romans 8:1).

“There is no fear in love; but perfect love casteth out fear: because fear hath torment. He that feareth is not made perfect in love” (1 John 4:18).
