Post Nine Ref Doc 102, 15/04/26 To Hon members of both sides thru Clerk of N.A. : I wish to notify both sides that ; Due to the Persistent harassment from Neighborhoods DODO/FLAMMANTS and Scavengers of Municipality of Quatre Bornes const 18, I have been making SEVERAL Complaints but the POLICE are NOT DOING their jobs. Today 15/04/26 I even had to move quickly ( RUN AWAY ) from Sodnac Police station. They are doing victim blaming, raising voice and pretending not to know what is happening, 'DEKLAR KOUYON.'
