*šŸ•Š DOMINION DAILY DEVOTION ~ DAY 104*
*DATE: 14TH APRIL 2026*
*TOPIC: PRIORITIZE YOUR RELATIONSHIP WITH GOD*
*ANCHOR SCRIPTURE: JOHN 15:5 (NKJV)*
*ā€œI am the vine, you are the branches… for without Me you can do nothing.ā€*

*Devotional Message:*

Yesterday, we saw the importance of dealing with hindrances that can limit our effectiveness. Today, we are reminded of a greater truth—our relationship with God must take priority over the assignment He has given us.

Jesus clearly teaches that without Him, we can do nothing. This means that our success, effectiveness, and impact are all dependent on our connection with Him. It is not enough to be busy with the work of God; we must remain connected to the God of the work.

Many who have been greatly used by God made a deliberate decision to prioritize their relationship with Him above everything else—above wealth, influence, and recognition. As a result, God manifested Himself through their lives, and their assignments flourished.

Jesus Himself is our perfect example. Despite His demanding ministry, He consistently withdrew to spend time with the Father. Early in the morning, He prayed. After ministering to the crowds, He returned again to commune with God. His impact was rooted in His relationship with the Father.

The apostles also followed this pattern. They maintained a lifestyle of prayer and fellowship with God. This is why Paul encourages believers to pray without ceasing—remaining in constant communion with Him.

Beloved, relationship is the foundation of assignment. When you stay connected to God, you receive strength, wisdom, direction, and grace. But when that connection weakens, even the assignment becomes difficult and unfruitful.

Do not allow the demands of life or ministry to disconnect you from God. Make Him your priority.

*Prayer:*

Heavenly Father, I thank You for calling me into fellowship with You. Help me to prioritize my relationship with You above everything else. Teach me to remain connected to You through prayer and Your Word. Strengthen my walk with You and help me to abide in You daily. I declare that my life and assignment will flow from a place of deep fellowship with You. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

*Daily Bible Reading:*
John 15:1–8, Mark 1:35, Luke 5:15–16, 1 Thessalonians 5:16–18
