*🕊 DOMINION DAILY DEVOTION ~ DAY 103*
*DATE: 13TH APRIL 2026*
*TOPIC: DEALING WITH HINDRANCES*
*ANCHOR SCRIPTURE: JOSHUA 7:12 (NKJV)*
*“So the children of Israel could not stand before their enemies… because they have become doomed to destruction.”*
*Devotional Message:*

Yesterday, we saw the importance of following God’s blueprint for the successful fulfillment of our assignment. Today, we are reminded that we must also deal with anything that may hinder us from completing that assignment effectively.

In Joshua 7, the Israelites experienced defeat in battle—not because God had abandoned them, but because there was hidden disobedience in their midst. Achan had taken what God had forbidden, and though it seemed like a private matter, it affected the entire nation.

When Joshua sought the Lord, the root cause was revealed.

This teaches us that hidden issues can hinder open victories.

Beloved, in the same way, there may be things within us that hinder the full manifestation of God’s power and purpose in our lives. These “Achans” may not be visible to others, but they affect our spiritual effectiveness.

Such hindrances may include bitterness, unforgiveness, unconfessed sin, lust, pride, hatred, and malice. These open doors for the enemy to operate and limit our progress.

God is holy, and He calls us to live in holiness in all our conduct. If we are to carry His presence and fulfill our assignment, we must continually examine our hearts and surrender anything that does not align with His will.

The enemy often seeks to stop believers by exploiting areas of compromise. But when we allow God to search our hearts and we deal with these issues, we remove every foothold of the enemy.

Beloved, take time to reflect. Ask the Lord to reveal anything within you that may be hindering your progress. Do not ignore it—deal with it.

*Prayer:*

Heavenly Father, I come before You with a humble heart. Search me and reveal anything within me that is not pleasing to You. I repent of every sin and surrender every area of my life to You. Cleanse me and make me whole. Help me to walk in holiness and remove every hindrance that may limit my progress. I receive grace to fulfill my assignment successfully. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

*Daily Bible Reading:*
Joshua 7:1–26, Psalm 139:23–24, 1 Peter 1:13–16, Hebrews 12:1–2
