*THE TRUE BREAD OF HEAVEN*
*TEACHING SERIES*
*THE MINISTRY OF THE WORD (Part 8)*
*ANCHOR SCRIPTURE: 1 CORINTHIANS 10:11 (NKJV)*
*“Now all these things happened to them as examples, and they were written for our admonition…”*

*Additional Scripture Reading: Ecclesiastes 1:9; Hebrews 4:15; Romans 15:4; Matthew 4:1–11; James 1:12*

Last time, we saw that the Word of God is full of God’s promises, prophetic declarations, and principles that must be applied for those promises to become reality.

Another vital truth is this: the Word of God contains solutions to every challenge we face.

There is nothing new under the sun. Every situation, trial, or pressure we encounter has, in one way or another, been addressed in Scripture. The Bible is filled with accounts of men and women who faced circumstances similar to what we experience today. Some overcame, while others failed—and in both cases, there are lessons for us.

From those who overcame, we learn principles of victory to apply in our own lives. From those who failed, we gain warnings that help us avoid the same pitfalls. In this way, the Word becomes both a guide and a safeguard.

Even in seasons of pressure, temptation, or uncertainty, Scripture provides a pathway to victory.

Above all, the Bible presents to us our perfect example and pattern Man—Jesus Christ. Scripture declares that He was tempted in every way as man can be tempted, yet He overcame in all. He did not overcome by human strength, but by standing on the Word of God.

In the wilderness, every temptation was met with, “It is written…”

This reveals the pattern for every believer.

Child of God, because Christ lives in you, you also have the capacity to overcome. The same victory He demonstrated is available to you. As you engage the Word, you receive wisdom, direction, and strength to triumph over every situation.

Therefore, in every challenge, return to the Word—your answer is already written.

We shall continue next Sunday by God’s grace.

To be continued…
