Today we remember the darkest day that became the doorway to our greatest hope. On this Good Friday, Jesus carried the cross, bore our shame, and laid down His life not because He had to, but because He loved us that much.

The nails didn’t hold Him to the wood; His love for you did. In the shadow of the cross, we see the depth of our sin and the height of God’s mercy. What looked like defeat was actually the greatest victory ever accomplished. The price for our freedom was fully paid. Because of this day, grace is available.

Forgiveness is possible. Healing is real. Take a moment today to reflect on the cross. Let the sacrifice of Jesus stir your heart with gratitude and awe. The story doesn’t end here Sunday is coming.

But today, we pause and remember:
It is finished. Thank You, Jesus, for Your incredible love.

“He was pierced for our transgressions, he was crushed for our iniquities; the punishment that brought us peace was on him, and by his wounds we are healed.”
-Isaiah 53:5
