Dear Beloved,
In this world, many people are running after money, houses, and positions. But the Word of God clearly says — living a healthy and peaceful life is the true blessing.
Health is great wealth — this is a Biblical truth!
Our body is the temple of God.
What we eat, how we sleep, and our lifestyle — all determine our health.
About Food:
• Eating too much meat is not good for the body
• We should eat vegetables, fruits, and natural foods

Like Daniel (Daniel 1:12), we should eat vegetables and stay healthy.

About Sleep:

According to doctors:
• Adults need 7 to 8 hours of sleep daily
• Less sleep → fatigue, stress, diseases
• Excess sleep → lazy lifestyle

God created our body to function well with proper rest.

Functions of Body Organs:
Heart – Pumps blood and sustains life
Brain – Controls thoughts, decisions, and memory
Lungs – Provide oxygen and keep the body alive
Digestive System – Converts food into energy
For these organs to function properly:
✔ Proper food
✔ Proper sleep
✔ Disciplined lifestyle are necessary

Warning:

Overeating, lack of sleep, and undisciplined living — destroy a person’s life.
