DAY 36 Of Lent – A Renewed Mind
“Be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind…” - Romans 12:2
Thought Of The Day...
A renewed life always begins with a renewed mind. God does not start transformation from the outside—He begins within, reshaping the way we think, perceive, and respond. The world constantly pressures us to conform—to adopt its values, fears, and patterns—but God calls us to something higher: transformation.
The word “transformed” speaks of a complete change, like a caterpillar becoming a butterfly. This kind of change is not temporary or surface-level; it is deep and lasting. When your mind is renewed by God’s Word, your perspective shifts. What once discouraged you now strengthens you. What once confused you becomes clear. What once controlled you loses its power.
A renewed mind allows you to discern God’s will—what is good, acceptable, and perfect. You begin to think like Christ, respond with wisdom, and walk in peace even in uncertain times. Victory is not just in what you do—it’s in how you think. When your thoughts align with God, your life will follow.
Today, lay down every negative thought, every limiting belief, and every mindset that contradicts God’s truth. Invite Him to renew your thinking daily through His Word and His Spirit. Transformation is already at work in you.
Prayer...
Heavenly Father, renew my mind according to Your Word. Remove every thought that is not like You and replace it with truth, peace, and wisdom. Help me to reject the patterns of this world and embrace Your perfect will for my life. Let my thinking reflect Your heart in every situation. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
Declaration...
My mind is renewed daily by the Word of God. I think with clarity, walk in truth, and live in transformation. My thoughts are aligned with God, and my life reflects His perfect will.
