Good morning to everyone. Grace and Peace be with you.

I cannot believe the rock-solid night’s sleep I got last night. It is amazing how well I feel. My room was a little warmer than I prefer when I got home, so I cracked the window until bed. It was a much nicer sleeping environment by bedtime. Closed the window and snuggled into my cozy spot. I slept so soundly that when my alarm went off, I came up swinging. Funny thing is, I didn’t close the window properly, and it slid open again. So my room was beautifully cool.

Today is primed to be another fantastic day at work. I anticipate getting even more caught up on stuff that had to sit last week. I even looked at the weather AP, and it appears that the wind is taking a vacation, making the temperature of 53 of a high be a great reason to enjoy the season.

I saw a video the other day of a preacher with a glass of milk and a bottle of chocolate syrup. The milk is us. The syrup is the Holy Spirit. In the Old Testament, the syrup only covered us. (He demonstrated this by laying the bottle over the top of the glass.) However, in the New Testament, (he opens the bottle and squeezes some wonderfulness into the glass), the Holy Spirit comes into us. He further explained that the way we activate the Holy Spirit is by reading the Word, prayer, and service (as he is speaking, he is stirring the glass of chocolate milk, transforming it). Completing his demonstration, he expressed that when we have an active Holy Spirit in our lives, we are transformed.

My question to you this morning is this … are you operating in the Old Testament covering or are you renovated in the New Testament transformation?

Be blessed.

**I love you, O Lord, my strength.—Psalm 18:1
