Lord Jesus Christ, Son of the living God, have mercy on me! Save me now! I surrender my life, every room in my heart, and I confess with my mouth, what I believe in my heart, that Jesus Christ is Lord, that Jesus is my Savior, that Jesus Christ is the Son of God, and as of this night, I surrender all! In the name of Jesus, from this night forward, I belong to Jesus and Jesus belongs to me. I believe it, I receive it and confess it, in the name of Jesus.
