Daniel 6 - Daniel was respected, trusted, and faithful.
But his enemies couldn’t find fault in him —
except in his devotion to God.
A law was passed:
pray to anyone but the king, and you die.
Daniel didn’t argue.
He didn’t hide.
He simply opened his window and prayed as he always had.
That night, he was thrown into a den of lions.
The king couldn’t sleep.
But Daniel could.
At dawn, the king rushed to the den.
Daniel answered from the darkness:
“My God sent His angel and shut the lions’ mouths.”
Faith didn’t remove the den.
It removed the fear.
But his enemies couldn’t find fault in him —
except in his devotion to God.
