1 Peter 5:6–7 reminds us that humility is not weakness, it is trust. To humble ourselves under God’s mighty hand means choosing to surrender control instead of striving to prove ourselves. It is trusting His timing, even when we feel overlooked or delayed.

God promises that in due time, He will lift us up. Our part is not to force elevation, but to remain faithful and dependent on Him. And while we wait, we are invited to cast every anxiety on Him, not some, but all, because He genuinely cares for us.
