I personally do not celebrate Christmas or Easter for there is absolutely no mention of these man-made "feasts" in the Bible. We are called to celebrate God's (not Jewish) feasts unto perpetuity (Leviticus 23) and Feast of Tabernacles will be celebrated by all nations in Jerusalem Zechariah 14 16
Exodus 12:38 clearly states a mixed multitude left Egypt with the Israelites therefore we can conclude they were present when the instructions to celebrate the 7 feasts were given.
Something to ponder on.... the Jews did not exist when the instructions to celebrate the Feastswere given. The Jews are descendants of the House of Judah - Judah = Jew. so they came after Mt Sinai.
I believe we need to walk in obedience to Abba Father therefore I choose to celebrate the Feasts as given by YHVH and not man made feasts
