"When You Don't Feel Like Praying, Don't Flee—Just Say These Four Things:

1. ""Lord, Help Me.""
Psalm 121:2 says: ""My help comes from the LORD, which made heaven and earth.""
You don't need to pretend to be strong.
Just genuinely call out to Him, and real strength begins right there.

2. ""Lord, Have Mercy On Me.""
""Have mercy on me, O God, according to your loving kindness."" — Psalm 51:1
When you fall or make a mistake again,
and you feel too painful or powerless to continue, just whisper this phrase.
Remember: His mercy is always greater than your mistakes.

3. ""Lord, Remember Me.""
""Lord, remember me when you come into your kingdom."" (Luke 23:42)
These are the words of the thief on the cross.
Even at the very last moment,
turning back to Jesus can rewrite your ending.
Jesus is waiting for you to surrender your heart to Him.

4. ""Lord, Bless Me.""
Numbers 6:24 says: ""The LORD bless you, and keep you.""
Even when you feel undeserving, God is still willing to bless you.
He will protect you and lead you through every storm.

Prayer is not about how perfectly you speak;
it's about having a sincere heart.
Even if you can only whisper, ""Lord, help me,""
it can move the heart of God.
He hears you, and He is here, always.

God says: ""Prayer is built upon a foundation of faith. It is praying to God within one's heart, speaking to God from the heart, opening one's heart to Him, and seeking the truth from Him. When a person prays in this manner, they will have a sense of peace within and a feeling of God's presence. This is God listening to them, unseen.""
