Today I can’t help but feel some sadness as I go about this Father’s Day. A sadness that has lingered with me over the course of my life. Today I should be able to phone my Father or even drive to my fathers home to wish him a Happy Father’s Day. But this August he will be gone 39 year’s as he was taken from me 38 years ago when I was 3 years of age by a 16 year old drunk driver. I want to believe that my father is in heaven celebrating OUR Heavenly Father today and everyday. I only know what family says about him and I believe he is there celebrating with OUR Heavenly Father. But in all honesty no one knows for sure where someone will spend eternity because no one truly knows only OUR Heavenly Father has that power. So I want to wish my Father a Happy Father’s Day and say that I love him dearly and I miss greatly. To my Heavenly Father HAPPY FATHER’S DAY!! I am so thankful for you and your love. For your comfort and your peace you bring to me. Thank you for all you have done and for all you will do. Thank you for the blessings you have bestowed upon me and my family and the blessings you will continue to bestow upon us. Father thank you for allowing this wonderful social media platform to be designed! It is a wonderful, wonderful place to be! I love you and Happy Father’s Day again!
