Let me say something quickly on "He who win souls..."
To be able to win a soul, there have to be a consistent gentle follow up. A soul can be won over time. You don't abandon a soul you just reached out to only to go to another one you are still going to abandon for another one. At the end of the day, you didn't win any one of them because there was no focus on a soul for some time before jumping to another. It is not about how many souls you preached to actually that matters, but how many were won to Christ.
There's a reason the target is one soul at a time. Till that soul surrenders to the knowledge of Christ and begins to think like Jesus, the work isn't done yet.
Salvation is a gradual process. However, once a person believes in Jesus as the son of God, he is already saved. But, he must begin to assume a kind of life not to remain in his old self.
Shalom!
