Failure is Falling Forward, while Pursuing Purpose.

Failure is not the end—it is falling forward while pursuing a goal. Picture a man standing tall. If he stumbles and falls, but then tries to rise again with the help of his hands, you will notice something remarkable: in the very act of falling and rising, he covers some distance. He may not have reached his ultimate destination, but he is no longer where he used to be.

That is why we say: If ever you fall, fall forward. Failure is not backward movement—it is part of progress. Every fall carries the seed of growth. Every stumble teaches you, strengthens you, and pushes you closer to success.

Papa Oyedepo put it this way: “Failure is not final, and success is not ending.” Failure is not your conclusion unless you give up, and success is not your resting place because there is always a higher level of glory ahead.

Rugged faith is the key. Faith tells you, “Though I fall, I will rise again.” Faith also tells you, “Though I succeed, I must keep pressing for greater heights.” The journey of purpose is not for the faint-hearted, but for those who dare to trust God relentlessly.
