Hello people!
This is not the continuation of the topic that I had mentioned in my last blog!! But, a totally different perspective of how we see the things.
We all know about Judas Iscariot as to how he had betrayed Jesus gave him to the soldiers and what happened to Jesus!! On following the storyline we feel sad about Jesus, we cry and we, mostly, have all the negative feelings and say negative things about Judas Iscariot.
We are overwhelmed by emotions and that how can one do such a ghastly thing to the SON of GOD? But, if we slow down and mellow down our emotions we understand that that was supposed to happen!!
Jesus was supposed to be born as man and was supposed to be betrayed, beaten, battered, bruised, slapped and spat upon, he was meant to have such a gruesome death. ALMIGHTY had already planned this and to execute this plan he had to have a life through which this was to be executed and that life is Judas Iscariot.
As it is written in the WORD that some lives are made by GOD for honorable works and some are made by GOD for works of no honor. Similarly, many of his disciples were given the life and purpose of honor and Judas Iscariot was given the, in today's language we say, dirty job by GOD to handover Jesus to the soldiers.
And all these jobs have only one purpose and that is the glory of GOD. Good tasks and bad tasks had only one primary aim and that is to glorify GOD.
Judas Iscariot had perfectly did what he was made for by GOD!! Yes, a very bad thing and at the end of it he whole heartedly, I believe so, repented and ended his life.
So, what is the point I am trying to make here? Did Judas Iscariot go to heaven or hell? Since the purpose of his life was fulfilled and because of this act of his many of us had a chance to know and accept the one and only realty of CHRIST, so does that mean that he had gone to heaven or its because of this very act did he go to hell??
Now, one would go to hell if he keeps on sinning without repentance. What's sin? A murder, theft or any other such crimes or not doing what is required by GOD? I would say not doing or not following the voice of GOD, yes, the very still small voice which tells you that whatever you are about to do is good to be done or not, that very still small voice which gives you a kind of bad feeling about a decision that you are about to take, this voice is consciousness and this is the voice of GOD!!
So, Judas did what his life was made for!! So he has not sinned and thus he didn't go to hell!!
Or is it that it is because of this betraying character of his because of which, though he repented, he had gone to hell!!
The question is did Judas Iscariot had gone to heaven or hell?
