CHRISTIAN GOLIATHS!!!
Spiritually, majority of us are like Goliath in the Bible. We are big for nothing! We pride in past glory. We are big in our own eyes; good looking without spiritual powers. We appear big, yet intimated by demons (read more about demons in my WhatsApp Channel: bit.ly/oliseh-wc.
Our Father in Heaven has given us power over all our enemies, including the master, The Devil. Yet we are not bold to use that power and authority to chase out demons when they raise their ugly heads. We are not sharp to use the power and dominion given to us by God, our father.
We walk around with the badge of heaven, yet we are silent in the face of darkness. Like a timid teacher in the classroom, we look educated and strong, but our power and authority is questioned because we don’t exercise it. Many believers today carry the Holy Spirit within but fail to act like it. We are clothed with heavenly power but act timid, dull and sluggish, allowing the enemy to laugh at us.
It’s time to rise in spiritual boldness and authority! God has not given us the spirit of fear but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). Demons should tremble when a child of God walks into a room, not the other way around. We must stop being spiritual spectators and start walking in divine authority.
Let your boldness match the Spirit inside you. Speak the Word. Cast out devils. Lay hands on the sick. You are not powerless, you are backed by Heaven! Use it! Rise up, sleeping soldiers. Wake up.
